“Ghost Hug”, Tents’ latest single, is a truthful song about quickly finding oneself when they are gone. It starts with vocals in a soft kind of a chant to then progress into a bit of rock music towards the middle of the track. This change follow the story from sorrow to strength which makes the listeners feel part of emotional experience. The use of guitar twangs also has an interesting layer on top which prompted some sort of happiness amongst the sadness. The course of the song is representative for the dynamics indicating the rising and falling intensity, which is a-strip of the band’s tender strength. “Ghost Hug” is not a song like any other, its far beyond that, it is therapeutic to the soul and personal which sets it apart from the other songs that Tents is checking off his discography list.
